Meet Mrs. Mattivi

Hi ! My name is Mrs. Mary  Mattivi and I am very excited to be teaching first grade here at South St. Marys Street Elementary School!  I received my Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and began my teaching career at Holy Rosary School in Johnsonburg, where I taught second grade for 11 years.  When Holy Rosary closed its doors in 2003, I began substituting for this district and was then hired to teach third grade for 2 years at Fox Township Elementary School. I have been here at  South St. Marys teaching first grade for 10 years!!   

 

I live here in St. Marys with my husband, Tony and my children Casey and Abby.  We enjoy skiing and camping.  When I have free time, I like to read and create memory books of our fun family times together!
